By creating an account or using Petrichor Sky, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Weather data, forecasts, and activity scores on Petrichor Sky are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. Weather is inherently unpredictable, and this information (including AI-generated summaries and activity scores) may be inaccurate or incomplete. It is not a substitute for official National Weather Service watches, warnings, and advisories; always consult the NWS and local authorities for life-safety decisions. You are solely responsible for evaluating conditions and deciding whether any activity is safe and appropriate for you. Petrichor Sky is not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of this information or from weather events or acts of God.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Petrichor Sky and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including decisions made in reliance on forecasts, activity scores, or AI-generated content.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not use it for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass rate limits or other security measures, scrape or resell the data it provides, use AI features to generate harmful or misleading content, or interfere with other users. We may limit or block usage that threatens the stability or safety of the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time, including after the formal review that follows this preview period. If we make material changes, we will communicate them in the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
